🔄 Returns Policy

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item

• The product was damaged during shipping

• The item is defective or not as described

Conditions for Returns:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact

• A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

❗Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size (if size was correctly mentioned), or personalized/customized items.

💸 Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

• Approve your refund if the item meets our return criteria

• Process the refund via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days

If your return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you without a refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn items

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or sale items

• Customized or made-to-order products

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
In all other approved cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
